Terms for booking and lessons with Emil Kampp

These terms apply to enquiries, offers and bookings for singing lessons and speaking voice training supplied by Kampp Vocal Studio (CVR: 44937077), Mellemvangen 65, 2700 Brønshøj, Denmark.

Booking and payment

The booking system first shows an offer with available times and a price. A time is not reserved until you confirm it. A confirmed booking is binding and is confirmed by email. Current prices and any valid discount are shown during booking. Payment is agreed individually, normally by invoice.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please cancel by SMS to +45 26 11 30 45.

For a weekly term booking, cancel at least 14 days before the lesson. Cancelled term lessons are not refunded, but I will try to reschedule them within the same term where possible.
For other lessons, cancel at least 24 hours before the lesson starts.
Late cancellations and no-shows are not refunded; one lesson is deducted from a lesson pack.
If you are ill and contagious, please cancel by SMS. The usual cancellation deadlines still apply.

If I need to cancel, I will offer a new time as soon as possible or refund any prepayment for the affected lesson.

Lesson packs and vouchers

Lesson packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused lessons expire automatically. Vouchers and discount codes may have limits on expiry or use, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be cancelled in case of misuse.

Responsibilities, privacy and law

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and cancelling on time. Personal data is processed according to the privacy policy. Danish law governs the agreement, without affecting mandatory consumer rights. Please contact me first if a problem arises so we can try to resolve it.

These terms may be updated. The dated version on this page applies to new bookings from its effective date.
