This policy explains how Kampp Vocal Studio processes personal data when you enquire about or book lessons through the booking system on emilkampp.dk and sangkælderen.dk.

Controller and contact

The controller is Emil Kløverpris Kampp, Kampp Vocal Studio, Mellemvangen 65, 2700 Brønshøj, Denmark. Contact: [email protected].

Why data is processed

We process the information needed to prepare an offer, calculate a price, show available times, confirm a booking, send service emails, prepare a lesson, invoice, keep accounts, and operate and secure the booking service. The legal bases are performance of a contract or steps before a contract, legal obligations for accounting, and legitimate interests in a stable and secure service. We do not use booking data for marketing without separate consent.

Data we use and where it comes from

This can include your name, email address, phone number, address for invoicing, age if you choose to provide it, requested or selected lesson time and duration, booking comments, and technical service logs such as IP address and timestamps. The information comes directly from you and from system data created by your booking choices. Please do not submit sensitive personal data.

Recipients and retention

We use trusted processors to provide the service, including Hetzner Online GmbH for hosting, Google Calendar for booked calendar events, and Resend for confirmation and service emails. Where a provider is outside the EU/EEA, appropriate transfer safeguards are used. Booking and calendar information is normally retained for up to three years after the last lesson or enquiry; accounting data follows the statutory retention period (normally five years); technical logs are normally retained for up to 90 days.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction or objection to processing, and portability of data processed automatically on the basis of consent or contract. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet). Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can help.

The booking frontend does not use cookies, third-party analytics or behavioural tracking. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. This policy may be updated if processing or legal requirements change.
